1. inquiry--Professional quotation. Or we make and send count sample for client's approval
2. when client accepts our count sample, confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc.
3. Qinchun sales send the Proforma Invoice with qinchun seal.
4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
5. Qinchun arrange Lab-dips or Strike-off, meantime qinchun prepare greige, after client receive and approval Lab-dips or Strike-off, we will start dyeing or printing, at the same time we will inform client the estimated shipping time.
6. Middle Production- If Qinchun find problem of production or packing, will send you photos and sample to show the problem, negociate with client to settle the matter in time. Making quality testing and get testing report.
7. End Production-Mass production shipping samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection .
8. Clients book shipping space and make payment for balance and Qinchun Ship the goods .Also can accept payment term-Balance against B/L Copy Or L/C payment Term. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients.
9. Order can be say "finish" when you receive the goods and satisfy with them .
